Mark R. Dycio, President of the Law Office of Mark R. Dycio, P.C. (dba Dycio & Biggs) was born in Biddeford, Maine on April 11, 1962. Mr. Dycio is the principal of the firm bearing his name, consisting of six lawyers in Fairfax, Virginia. Mark has handled numerous cases in the state of Virginia as well as the United States at both the state and federal levels from inception through trial, inclusive of appeals in both federal and state courts. Mr. Dycio’s areas of concentration lie in civil and criminal litigation and expand to include corporate law, arbitration, tobacco advisement and alcoholic beverage control representation.
Mr. Dycio was admitted to the bar in 1990 through the Virginia and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit and has been recognized for his achievements and vast legal abilities by his peers. Mr. Dycio appears before the judiciary on a regular basis. Mr. Dycio has represented clients throughout the United States and has been admitted Pro Hac Vice in multiple jurisdictions. Previous representations include national corporations, law firms, various departments of the United States, and the office of the Independent Counsel. In addition, he has represented parties involved in Alcoholic Beverage Control “ABC” matters at all levels, both civilly and criminally, from manufacturing to sale, franchise to independent, distribution to retail, and the drafting of proposed legislation.
