Skyler joined Dycio & Biggs after spending seven years litigating complex commercial disputes and mass tort actions at two international law firms, where he practiced in both state and federal courts across the country. His clients have included a multinational aerospace firm, a Fortune 10 medical device and pharmaceutical company, industry associations, nonprofit organizations, and various corporate entities large and small. At Dycio & Biggs, Skyler’s practice focuses primarily on litigating and resolving corporate disputes and business torts.

A long-time Virginia resident, Skyler first obtained his undergraduate degree in 2008 from the University of Virginia. He then attended the William & Mary Law School, where he graduated Order of the Coif in 2014. In law school, Skyler also served as Lead Articles Editor for the William & Mary Law Review, Lead Recruitment Counsel for the William & Mary Trial Team, and a Legal Writing and Practice Fellow. Skyler was also one of a handful of students in his class to participate in the William & Mary Appellate and Supreme Court Clinic, where he argued before a panel of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and drafted a brief for the District of Columbia Circuit.
