Background & Experience
T. Wayne Biggs is a Virginia native who steadily made his way north through his education at first the University of Virginia for his undergraduate and post-graduate studies until ultimately graduating from George Mason University School of Law in 1997. At that time, he worked as a law clerk for the Law Offices of Mark R. Dycio, P.C. (now dba Dycio & Biggs) and has overseen the firm’s growth for the past two decades.
At Dycio & Biggs, Wayne focuses primarily on civil litigation. Within that area, his past court cases have included defamation, contract, and tort as both a plaintiff and defense attorney. Wayne has extensive experience in administrative law in the area of alcoholic beverage control, worker’s compensation, and unemployment benefits appeals. Within his alcoholic beverage control practice, Wayne not only represents retailers in their disciplinary and administrative dealings with the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, but he also represents wholesalers, importers and breweries with respect to the Virginia Beer and Wine Franchise laws. Wayne has extensive experience in complex litigation, has obtained jury verdicts in the hundreds of thousands of dollars for his clients, and has successfully defended clients against lawsuits seeking significant damages.
Wayne resides in Fairfax County and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his beloved dog, Hopper.
